Fossil Fuels and the Carbon Cycle

    Fossil Fuels
Fossil fuel are things that have been underground for millions of years. If you leave the fossil fuels for more the a millions of years you can make brown coal which is heavier than black coal. To make black coal you need to leave the brown coal for another millions of years and there it is black coal.

    Carbon Cycle
The carbon cycle is how we breath. First the energy comes from the sun. Then we breath the energy and when we breath it out it becomes carbon dixode. After the plants eat it.

Hi Anna & Matt! this is my Paragraph of Fossil fuels. I hope you like it!

Fossil fuels take many years to delevop, About 200 million years! We don’t have much of it, that’s why we need to be sustainable and not waste it All!
Fossil fuels are nonrenewable meaning that humans can not make it. Did you know 90% of our energy comes from fossil fuels?! The fossil fuels we are using today began taking place in the carboniferous period which was before dinosaurs were living on Earth, that was a long time ago! Fossil fuels HAVE To be burned in order to be electricity. Fossil fuels can be formed into different things like gas, oil & coal. We are lucky to be able to have fossil fuels in our life to help us with daily activities!

From Cassy! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘Œ I also found an awesome website called it has lots of interesting facts!

I searched up when the carboniferous period was formed and this is what I came across. The Carboniferous Period was Formed 358.9 million years ago, to the beginning of the Permian Period. This would have been a long, long, long, long time ago!! This is the first time I came across this word. It’s very interesting and I would love to learn more about this!

    Carbon cycle

Carbon is something that we breath and when we breath it out it is called carbon dioxide. The cycle of Carbon starts when all the Carbon is floating in the atmosphere because we breath out the air. Then the plants breath it in. Then the animals eat the plant. Then we eat or drink animals and it then starts again. But what the humans have been doing has not been good because we chop down to many trees and we pick the flowers SO WE NEED TO USE LESS PLANTS!!!!!!!
